About
Born and raised in Knoxville, Nicole grew up spending time at her family’s cabin on Little River, attending Tennessee Volunteers games, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, and exploring all the state of Tennessee has to offer.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2016, Nicole has helped countless families buy and sell homes, investment properties, farms, lots, land and manufactured homes. While helping her clients navigate the Tennessee real estate market, she’s built a wealth of knowledge regarding investment properties, including short and long term rentals. She believes that real estate can bring families together, build wealth and drive community growth.
When Nicole isn’t working, she volunteers with various non-profit organizations and enjoys attending concerts and sporting events and working out.
Nicole is the proud mother of two children, Maddox and Ava. They love spending time together outdoors and continuing to explore the great state of Tennessee with their dog, Obie.
