Great negotiator! This is who you want on your side listing your home! Our home was only on the market for one month. She brought us a cash buyer and we closed in two weeks!

Nicole fought for us when we found the house we loved, not only once but twice! She made sure we didn’t put in offers that were going to not be good enough to get accepted. She communicated and stayed on top of everything from start to finish. She came thru for us on our primary home and our vacation home.
